Dear Brothers of the Lone Star State,
On behalf of the Lone Star State Board and the 2024 Conference Planning Committee, we extend a warm invitation for you to join us at the upcoming 2024 Lone Star State Conference. This year’s conference is set to take place from November 15th to 17th, 2024, at The Westin Hotel San Antonio North, San Antonio, Texas, we are thrilled to welcome you to this year’s event.
This year marks a significant milestone as we commemorate 50 years of Brotherhood, Scholarship, and Service. Our conference theme, “50 Years of Inspiring Changes: Triumphant Past, Honored Present, & Brighter Future,” encapsulates our journey and aspirations. It serves as the principal foundation for Sigma Men throughout the State of Texas to never forget the legacy of our past, as we build today for a better tomorrow.
Brothers, it is with great anticipation that I anticipate our gathering. Our agenda is packed with enriching workshops tailored to enhance both your professional and personal growth. These sessions aim to equip you with valuable insights to elevate your chapter’s impact within the communities you serve.
Our gracious hosts, the brothers of Beta Beta Sigma, are eager to extend their Central Texas Sigma hospitality to all attendees throughout the conference weekend.

This is your State Conference planning kit. It includes all the required information and forms that your chapter will need to prepare and participate in the 2024 State Conference. The first 225 brothers to register on or before September 5, 2024, will receive a special early bird gift.
Registration is open and can be completed by going to: 2024StateConferenceOnlineRegistration or mailing in a registration form. Final registration ends November 10, 2024.
